Transfering Files off of laptop with alot of virii.

Well, im transfering alot of Files with a Laptop that has like 25 virii on it? I am looking for a Good way to do this. I have a Usb drive and the files on it already. 35 Gig of files transfered, i need soemthing to makesure everything is clean? any ideas?
