Posting anything that is inappropriate to 13 year olds is not allowed here. I would say that full nudity fits into the category of thigs that are inappropriate for 13 year olds. My guess is that you can’t post but you’re best off asking a Smod. You can find a list of them here:

I don’t considir anything from Playboy as porn, i think it SHOULD be ok.
