Please tell me one of the most popular software which can convert text into mp3 format, sound should be more clear and realistic like human.I try some softwares but they are not good enough to listen or tell me website which have medical books in mp3 format.
please help

i know some there is a awsome program called text to speech
but the best one is Dragon Naturally Speaking 9 Pro its about 2 gigs i got it from a torrent ages ago
make sure u get the vista one
