Stronghold 3 change menu and in game interface language

hi Guys
I downloaded this release of Stronghold 3
Stronghold.3.repack.CHS-ali213
but after setup i found all menu and in-game interface are Chinese but the sound in English
is there any solution to change language to English ?

I doubt it. It seems to be chinese version.
You need another version or at least get hands on the english files i guess.
