Sound problems

when i am hearing a song with (wmplayer/vlc/mplayer classic) and i do a scan or the cpu goes to 100% the song stacks for 3 seconds ( like the cd stack in cd player for 3 seconds or is scratched.)
How can i fix this?
I probably have missing sound drivers

Can’t understand most of your post (are you sure you are not under 13?)
Install the latest sound drivers for your soundcard from the manufacturers site, or if a pre-built system, from their site. (Uninstall the old drivers and do a reboot before installing the new ones.)

If you run too many CPU intensive things at once and it gets to 100%, then something is going to slow down and not run smoothly, such as your audio..
