[SOLVED]Suggest me a good group chat site.

Me and some colleagues are working on a project and we need to group chat a lot in the upcoming days. So we need somewhere we can chat, kind of offline chat, so if someone logs late he can see what he missed. (Offline chat, kinda like WBB).
Not everyone has a facebook, not everyone has a gmail account (for hangouts).
Suggestions?
