[SOLVED] Virtual Dub question

why is the output file bigger then the input?
like the input is 175MB
andthe output is 196MB, even though I cut out parts.

because you are probably re-encoding at whatever the default settings are. if all you want to do is cut out some parts choose video > direct stream copy.

just noticed it was 1.22 GB not 196MB.
