[SOLVED] Quality speakon cables

January 13th, 2021

I need some new speakon to jack cables and i need some quality cables. Google search has not helped me much in this regard. This topic has given me some insight http://www.avsforum.com/forum/155-diy-speakers-subs/1863074-beware-those-cheap-speakon-cables.html but i cannot find the brands on amazon. There must be some other respectable firms making cables worth buying.
Does anyone know which brand is worth buying ?

Answer #1
don’t know if these brands have the exact cable u are looking for but u can always craft the cables yourself with some decent wire and decent connectors, it’s not that hard.
Some cable brands that are good quality: Neutrik, Devine, Klotz, DAP
ps: I was just woundering why u need speakon to jack? I though jack/xlr cables were for transporting audio signals between source and amp and that speakon cables are meant to connect the speakers to the amp?
Answer #2
This should be reputable enough if it applies to your country..

Also if you can buy from a local electrical or electronic supplier that could be the cheapest and you can see what you’re getting!

Better late than never i guess It’s not worth it crafting those cables myself. I like repairing and soldering electronics, at that time in my life i just wanted some working cables.

Unfortunately i can’t order anything above ~11 USD from outside EU countries, well i can but i run the risk of the products getting taxed and then i will have to pay a big fine. , unfortunately alot of the products here in Denmark are more expensive in shops than on websites. Some shops have to close because people stop buying from them and instead order from websites.
Recently i had to order some lotion for my genitalia  from the UK because our pharmacies have some ridicoulous prices. It was less than half the price in the UK. Thank you brits.
Thank you both for trying to help.
