[SOLVED] How to jailbreak my 1.1.5 iPod Touch?

I tried to jailbreak it using QuickPwn22-1 and it said I need version 2.0 or newer to use that version of QuickPwn but I couldn’t find one for 1.1.5 iPod Touch.
What’s the best way to jailbreak this version of iPod Touch and is there any good benefits in upgrading it after jailbroke?
PS: There were some old similar topic to this but those are old and I see the “don’t reply” messages and the answers weren’t posted in those old threads for all to see.

Open itunes, plug in your iPod, hold shift and click restore. Good luck

it wont let me do it, when i click shift and restore the files dont come up on the folder:S
