[SOLVED] GTA San Andreas User Track Player problem
August 9th, 2016
You go to the audio settings and select reload user tracks or something like that.
Read more carefully next time.
“I always scan it but still no effect.”
Did you put the songs directly into the folder or did you put links to the songs? You need to do the latter. You need to make shortcuts to your music and put the shortcuts in the user tracks folder.

Yeah maybe he’s right casue I always used shortcuts and it worked.
I tried both ways. At the moment I have shortcuts to my .mp3 files… but still doesn’t work.
it didn’t work for me either.. it worked for about 5 times but then anything i would do it didn’t play my tracks
Have you guys installed the patch?
What patch?
The 1.01 patch. I have played both the original and patched versions and both have worked. This is how I got my music to work.
First of all, I created a music folder called “music” in the my documents folder. In that folder are lots of subfolders with the artist names on them. (I use iTunes so it organizes the files and folders in this way (music>Artist>Albums>Songs)
Anyway, when making the shortcuts, I did not make a shortcut to only the “music folder”. What I did is I opened that folder and made shortcuts to all the folders inside the the music folder. I highlighted all the artist/band names and selected “create shortcut”. Then I put those links/shortcuts into the user tracks folder, went ingame and scanned that folder.
That worked for me.
copy the user tracks to (mydocuments/usertracks) and then enter into the game. go to audio option and then scan user track. after that easily ply them from radio
Problem solved. Re-installed the game and it works fine now. I think the problem was the file gta_sa.set in Documents folder. Thanks for the help everyone. =P
Glad we could help!
