Did you install any software that should usually come with the security camera because that is a good place to start, on the issue of the cable try searching the name of your security camera in google and looking at the hardware that is related to the camera, hope i helped and good luck
why not refer to the manual of the camera?
The manual doesn’t say anything about the USB slot at the back except stating that its a USB slot, i’ll try to install the software now.
