So… Does a working PSP Emulator exist?

So we have PS1 emulators, PS2 emulators… GBA and DS emulators… But so far, I haven’t seen a single PSP Emulator. Does one exist or no?

PCSP is also supposed to be pretty good. I have tried JPCSP at the end of last year to play Crisis Core and it emulated the game ‘OK’. It had its issues but was still playable. I’m sure the compatibility has gone up since I last tried.
I personally haven’t tried PCSP but I have heard its pretty good. From what I understand though, JPCSP is more compatible with commercial games compared to PCSP. You can find download links to these emulators here:
