SM BUS Controller

I have an acer 5100 laptop and just installed windows XP media center.
I have installed all the drivers but when it comes to the audio drivers the recive this message:

you need to install the chipset driver just get it from ACERs site
by the model,also do note for future reinstalls,the chipset driver is the FIRST driver you need to install before all others
