sketch program or app for project

i suck at drawing and i need to draw a porch sketch so the city can give a permit to built it.
they are not accepting just a paper drawing because it needs to be recorded.
any help will be appreciated. thanks guys , i read you guys a lot.

Do you want the drawing, a program that do a sketch or an app that does a porch sketch?
If you want a serious solution you should check Autocad and similar.
Find someone to get it done for you.
