Scratch Game Disk

I have had Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for about 2 to 3 weeks and recently my nephew tipped over my XBOX 360 while I was playing it and it left a big circle scratch on the disc I was wondering if theres any way to clean it besides alcohol or anything like that because it seems the scratch is in kinda deep

check the manual, some game sin some regions replace scratched disk’s for a minimum fee

If your from the U.K. you can take it to a game shop like.. ‘GAME’ ‘Gamestatition’ or any other kind of shop that does a disk repair system. They have profesional machines so its defo worth giving it a shot.

try your local video hire shop. Most of them have machines so that can polish up the DVD’s when they come back.

You can also download a copy from this forum and then burn it to a dvd. You have a legal copy, so just install it with your serial.

Im using it on XBOX 360 but thanks I’m going to GameStop today I heard they can fix this.

This happened to my friend. What he did was borrowed a copy of his friend, or you could rent a copy from somewhere like blockbuster etc. Install the game to your hard drive then when you want to play. Put in the scratched disc so it loads the copyright info etc then play from the hard drive. I’m not sure how you install to your hd but i quick google search will help you with that
