Save webpages to view on tablet later

basically when i’m going uni i would like to check a few sites.
(gizmodo, lifehacker etc)
i won’t have internet on the way to uni.
so i was wondering is there any way i could save the webpages and also the links that are lead of from the site or something
basically reading a few websites of my choice offline.
(i will have access to the internet before i leave. so i can use a program or app to download pages pc or android)
please help
