Samsung PC studio

I installed Samsung PC studio application on my PC. Problem is that I cannot connect phone via usb cable. It shows like I did not connect phone to PC and application does not want to interact. It just stays on primary page of application.
I have windows 7 64 bit OS. Problem occurred after I installed windows 7, it worked on XP 64 bit.

Try
1) Switching on USB Debugging option in Applications menu under Settings may help.
if that fails.
2) In Keis / PC Studio (Samsung Supplied computer software) Choose the Re-Install Drivers option.

i tried even 3.2.3 version. not working
