question on searching

and movies and I would get a list of films from 1939 was in the subject line
When I tired it yesterday and again today I get no results any longer.
I like old films and with out know the titles of films there is no other way to pull them up that I know of.
I recently download at least 20 different films from the year of 1937 and wanted find more films from different years but I have been unable to do it.
Is the search down or did you change it so that this no longer works.
