query to URL generator

Im sure there are some rulebased scripts or tools out there which can do it but im looking since days and didnt find exactely what I am looking for. It doesnt help if its a script where you have to enter each query separately. Then I could use google or any other spider directly. Id be also fine with a excel or spreadsheets automation.
Anyone heared of something that could help me?

When you search for: Operator: “Word1” “Word2″…
google will show you searchresults. I need the URL of those results. The URL that google creates with the queries.
