PlayStation 2 burning games to CD ?!

August 5th, 2016

Hello, friends. My little cousin got PS2, so they asked me if I could download some games and burn it on CD.
Now, the problem is, I’ve never before downloaded games for PS or any game console, thus I have no idea what do I do with the game after I extract .rar files when downloading is finished. Do I need to burn .ISO of the game to CD? Can someone with this kind of experience explain me how to burn a game for PS2, so that the game correctly starts after CD is inside PS2.
Thank you.

After you have extracted you should have an iso image use this to burn to cd/dvd whatever is appropriate use cd/dvd-r’s and burn as slow as possiblehttp://www.imgburn.com/
You need the PS2 to be modded or use swap magic discs to play burned games.

id recommend the swap magic disk..easy way to play your back ups…imgburn will also copy your ps2 games if you want to make copies from them… i really dont know how big the ps2 iso selection is on the internet b/c its not really a sought after system these days there may be some dedicated ps2 iso sites just type it in on google…

Agree with been using swap magic for years, 3.6 is considered the best version hard to find one these days is the problem.

where we can buy swap magic?
is there any trusted seller?

The modchips are fairly reliable. Better than swapping disks and finding some don’t even work.
