Permission Problem

I’m having this problem with permissions on win7 I tried to extract same files from rar archive in two separate folders and both of them have suddenly been locked. i got this message

Are you using the admin account on that computer? you should. I’m guessing ANONYMOUS LOGON is the main account on your system. You need to be logged on that to extract

i’m using acc. created after installation of win7

Go to “Control panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety -> User accounts” See what your account type is. It should be an Administrator. If not click on “Change your account type and set it to Administrator. Then start extracting.

That account is already administrator,
i can’t do anything with this folders. is there any app which could help me to erase this folders.
i tried using cmd and nothing

Try using unlocker. If that doesn’t work, just download different files.
