Pc hangs up at start up

My PC , hangs up at the start screen where the INTEL Logo appears at start up boot screen after every reboot, Not on the first time Bcoz my habit is to switch off the power whenever I shut it down. First time it starts pretty cool but I reboot it it stops at the INTEL Screen, I have found a way to start–> I again switch off the power and the it starts…
What the hell has happened to my PC or to is it the problem with my Motherboard| (DG43NB) ?

did you just said you switch off the power to shut it down?

I asume you mean switch of power after shuting down I would try resetting bios to defaults

Better reinstall the OS!

Reset your BIOS using the reset jumpers on your motherboard

I recommend reformatting the disk. and reinstalling windows
