Pal version in ntsc modded wii

Of course as long as you patch the menu with Startpatch.
Use the one that has the same system menu version and region.
Just be sure to make a backup of your NAND which you should have done before you even did anything.
I have a softmodded pal wii. I hav both pal/ntsc games. All games work fine
