I don’t quite understand the question. Are you asking why 4,700,000,000 bytes show up as 4.39GB? If so then there’s a simple explanation:
A kilobyte is 1024 bytes which means that that amount of space contains about 4,590,000 kilobytes. A megabyte is 1024 kilobytes so that mount of space contains about 4,482Megabyets. A gigabyte is 1024 Megabyte so that amount of space roughly equals 4.39GB. That’s how it works
