Need help remembering movie titles

I need some help to find some movie titles from a while back (I’m guessing most are from the 90’s).
1) Weird kid that commits suicide on a knife (as a ritual), dad rushing into his room at the last moment (with a wife and daughter). Then some crazy stuff happens and the kid is on some sort of industrial wasteland/terrain. I also think there was something with a fridge
2) Two brothers (one 20’isher and a 10’isher) are living with the parents. Big brother gets crazy and kills both parents. His alibi was that he was in his room but it turns out he was outside and climbed back in using a rainpipe (and tracks from some shoes were found).
3)Little kid sucks at skateboarding, gets a skateboard from ‘god’, wins the championship ..
4) One pilot kills his whole family (parents and brother) with his rifle (I know know .. lots of killing :p) and then he goes off with his own jet aircraft he stole from the military (with nukes).
Any help is appreciated … I just can’t remember the titles :/
