Need Help Regarding Movie

I have downloaded this move. English dialogs also view while playing movie.
But the problem is that dialogs are not following the scence. I mean other scene is playing and text is other showing.
Tell me what will be the problem. Actually my english is not good so try to understand.

If the subtitles are in a separate file (.srt or .sub usually), then it could be that the subtitles aren’t really for that movie (for the exact movie file – not the film itself) – maybe the times of when the text should appear are incorrect.
I guess googling for subtitles is possible, but I wouldn’t advise it since even if the movie you downloaded is a couple of seconds shorter than the one the subtitles was intended for, then again the text wouldn’t appear at the correct time.
Best thing to do, I think, if you really want the subtitles – then try downloading the movie from another source and make sure that the subtitles are included.

The subs are out of sync I would imagine, you can resync them with a tool at the link below. Subtitle Workshop:

why does not somebody download part1 and check it out because I am unable to explain my problem?
Actually these are not subtitles, these are dialogs.

Well, I got the dialogs. I can edit them in notepad. But tell me can I change the timing in notepad or I need special software to set the dialogs?
