Need help choosing a HD TV Tuner for my computer

I have no knowledge about these things, what they can and cant do. I want to run my cable/ satiltie through my CPU and be able to record and use it to capture XBOX 360. I want the whole nine actually, price is not an issue. I have vista x64 and XP 32. Thanks! people
