my DVD player can not read anything

my DVD player can not read anything . It wasn’t working before , then it started to play and then it doesn’t work again ,and it has been a while . I wonder why it keeps on doing this . Does any one has a solution ?

did u check if the cables are connected properly?

if you mean your dvd drive in your pc
search in google for “error code 39 upperfilter or lowerfilter”
then you get a guide how delete the upper or lowerfileter from your registry
succes!
