i d/loaded m/soft office 2013 here ,do i need to install online or offline please help ….thank you

I’m using Windows 8.1 and I recently installed MS Office 2013, just Excel & Word part of it. I didn’t disconnect from the internet and it installed OK. ………… Use KMSpico to keep it activated.

KMSpico may keep it activated but MS could receive the information that a illegit program is being used. The WAT service if updated will send off the info if you aren’t using the latest KMS.
So if you go the KMS route, make sure to run the latest version (KMS deactivates WAT, but any MS update to it reactivates).

Like many others I have been using KMSpico since it first came out with no problems whatsoever & I uninstall then reinstall each new version as it becomes available.

Exactly my point But I’m thinking that the OP’s question suggests that he is pretty new to the rodeo. Depending on what version was downloaded, how it was cracked, whether it used KMS etc., it’s best to install offline and then go with, like you suggested, KMS.
