Even if I ave the real game bought from a shop. Can I still use it on live? Or wud I still get banned?
Depends on your Modchip, some allow you to turn the MOD off/on either by a switch on the front of the console or by pressing the DVD button when you boot up (instead of the power on)
is this a softmod with copied games or modchip?
