Making a Topic that… Is it allowed?

Are members allowed to make a topic that links to all their other topics?
Say I have a topic that I posted with Turing and another with JAVA IDE, can I just make a topic that will list them and put a link?

i think it will be considered as spam,but i am not sure! i know a thing u could do,chose one of your links and post it in my topic (offtopic section) Most Favourite Thread so u can share it with the others more easily…
Edit: or u could pm a mod and ask him directly about it..
