lost of hotmail and facebook password

hello dear friends.i am in a great dileme.someone has change my hotmail and facebook password and i am not able to get it back.it’s really urgent as i have a lot of personal stuffs about my study and work in that.
how can i get it back?

Well this is in the wrong section so I don’t know how much help you’ll get BUT when you created the email it should have asked for a backup email in case you lost your pass, and you should be able to recover the password. Either that or contact hotmail and say someone changed your password and they will verify that you are infact yourself.
