Live chat linked to paypal

I’d like to make live webtrainer/coach page. It should be like live chat with certain time. Private chat or smth like that should be linked with paypal. If person pays me then the chat opens for a certain amount of time.
Can anyone help me with that?

I don’t think anything like this has already been configured, at least not for free.
You will have to set up the paypal link your self.
You can use Crafty Syntax for live help,
you just gotta set up the paypal link.
