Linux – How do i use IDM

Newbie to Linux using Pepermint 05 OS – How do i go from downloading/installing IDM?

You can’t, wine / playonlinux is unsupported and half of the installations done like this have caused problems; CPU/ram spikes etc. Get jdownloader or if you want browser integration get downthemall! for firefox or uget.

You can’t use IDM, fact.
Get the next best thing that is freeware called “uGet” it’s awesome, fast and free.

You can also run Windows in a virtual machine and use idm that way but honestly, uGet is much easier.
