Linksys Router,Security

Hey Guys,I have a linksys router WRT 160N-V3.I have 3pcs dirrectly connected and 1 wireless and my dvd player wired in.I noticed at 4am this morning my neighbor kids had their laptop outside and had internet on it but they never have had internet.How do I set this up where you have to have a password to get internet from my modem and router..I have network magic and it says 3 extra pcs are hooked up to my internet,no wonder it slowed down..Thanks for any help

I’d recommend DD-WRT for more advanced control. (and more secure)

Usually its just a few settings:
1. Open any internet browser and type 192.168.1.1 and hit enter.
2. Search for a Wireless Settings tab.
3. Change the setting (usually WEP or non at all) to WPA2 Personal. 4. Put a 6 figure password that you know and set encryption to AES if possible.
5. Save changes.
