KMS Activation Office 2010

i will like to know to the exact proces or step by step guide to use KMS activator.
first install office, the run KMS activator, then which button to click on KMS activator
actually am bit confused about the “install/ uninstall kmservice” button, do i have to click it
or “activation office 2010 VL” button.

Mini KMS emulates Microsoft�s Activation Servers. Once you have installed Mini KMS, you will need to re-arm it so that office can be activate every 180 days.
You can only use the mini-KMS on Office 2010 Volume Editions, not retail.
Launch mini-KMS as administrator and press Activation Office 2010 VL. Then, press 2 to run KMS emulator once.

This would explain why I cannot get it to work – the ver. I downloaded says ‘retail’, yet it included the mini-KMS. ???? Is there something I can use to activate the version I have?
