IPhone ssh alternative (using USB)?

I’m looking for a good file transfer application that is similar to using SSH but using a USB cable. I have tried many programs including iTunnel (didn’t work). The program must give you the ability to move files to any directory on the iPhone (such as root, library etc).
My iPhone is jailbroken so it doesn’t matter if the application requires it.
