internet explorer keeps blocking pages

the other day i went onto a web page and it said my computer could be at risk. i have avg.8.5 on ( compliments of ) cheers lads good stuff…
but on tat page it comes up tat i need a personal security.. and i couldnt get it of my computer… i have a acer aspire 5520g… wit no factory settings disk wit it…. now every time i go onto a web page it il come up a red background page with a red shield and a x going trough it and it il say register personal security. any time i try ignore and go on wit ta web page it il just come back up to tat page…any ideas on how to fix this…..need help a.s.a.p

You have a virus maybe a trojan run Spybot – Search & Destroy

If I were you I would ditch IE for Mozilla Firefox, more security with Firefox than IE. Even Germany warned its people of using IE.

AVG is probably blocking the page to protect you. Try to disable the IE plug in.

im using internet explorer 7. and im using google. but even wen i went into any page it il come up….it took me 5 hours to sort it. i uninstalled avg. and internet explorer and re installed them and then used a app called (FIX.IT) so if any 1 has the same problem just do wat i done…. sorted it straight out sound lads for all the help……
