Illegal files on rapidshare with a premium account

Hi there,
I have just brought a rapidshare account. If I upload files with it, then they get removed because complaints were recieved or it isnt allowed to be shared, will my account get banned?
I’m new to this rapidshare premium stuff

I dont think so, ive had files reported on my premium and never been warned or banned, so go ahead and upload
