I need help with creating a BBS

Ok, I need links to short tutorials that help me to easly install a PHPBB, or just plain advice, thanks for the help!
Or, if you can help me mount one, I have seen 4chan clones.
Oh yeah, I need to learn how to make the BBS Private also, any help in that is also welcome.
