i need help plss urgent!

hello guys im having problems unistalling this antivirus eset nod32 i already have caspersky in my pc and is working fine but when i try to unistall nod32 this keeps coming up!!!
i already fallow the link to deleted my self but it wont allow me it saids is been use by another person.!! here is a picture of what i get!! thanks in advance for your help!!

use an application uninstaller

Kill the service…And use your uninstaller to remove the left overs and the registry entries…

Yeah, terminate the program in your task manager, and use “Your Uninstaller” or “Revo uninstaller” to remove everything else afterwards. (I personally prefer revo uninstaller, as it has a hunter mode)

try to uninstall in safemode if that doesnt help kill that process using taskmanager
