how to use CPY Football Manager 2013 Editor

Can i use this for unlimited money..transfers etc etc,i loaded it up but i have no idea of what to do,,has someone got a tut or can tell me how to do this please??

ok i made my edits but dont know how to save them to game database so when you start a game and play these are on the team?? I tried the save as options which save to an xml file but opening the game these have not saved
