as the topic says i would like to know if theres a way that i can unlock my iphone to other service provider
alone…if yeah how.And if there is a guide on how to do it

As far as it goes. You have to pay to get it unlock which is around 30 buck last time I check. There is no free method for the iphone.

cause i found a thread that said theres a guide to unlock it after you jailbreak it with cydia

On IOS6 I think you can. On ISO 7 at the moment, it is impossible to install Cydia (or jaibreak).
However you can check physical unlockers here:

Bro. You still have to BUY the sim. The sim itself not free…….. as far as unlocking guide. Thats really outdated. It work with an really old OS version. But once you update it stop the unlock.
