how to turn off auto stand by in windows 7?

i just discovered that my computer dosent just jrashes every time i go away for a while, it actually goes into stnad by and i dont know how to turn it off ^^

Go to Control Panel –> Power Options Change the settings for your selection, there should be an option for putting the computer to standby. Set it to Never. Apply/OK. You’re done.
