how to get liscence to burn songs from your computer.

I’m currently at college and the campus blocks all download programs like limewire and let us use RUCKUS, but when you download songs from ruckus you are unable to put them onto your ipod or burnthem onto cd’s. Just wondering if there is a program i could use to put the liscence on or if there is another site i cold use any suggestions would be helpful thanks.

FlashGet + Rapidshare, download songs from WBB or request them.
