How to do this

I’m looking for a tutorial on how to move the users’ screen upon a mouse click like in the following website

When you click “About”, “Services” or “Contact” your screen is automatically centred to the content, that’s what I want to know how to do.
Anyone have any ideas or can point me in the way of a tutorial?

My guess is they have used a javascript to get that effect.
There are millions of free javascripts around the web, but if you want to make something yourself i’d say it’s a javascript tutorial you need.
Edit:
I just realised you wanted to do it with flash, which may be a possibility, but probably Jscript would be simpler.

Well unfortunately I’m doing it all in flash so javascript isn’t really much of an option unless javascript can be run through flash to give the same effect, but I’ve never actually used javascript before so have no idea how to use it or anything
