How to delete an app in ifile and use it again?

Ok, first I need to know if it is possible to use an app again with some benefits with it like: Zenga Poker 1million pokerchips. If I would delete it and reuse it I wouldn’t get new chips. Is there anyway to do this, in ifile etc to delete the information that you already purchased it once?

It depends if it is server sided then no ( meaning the data such as number of chips is stored on their side) If it isn’t, it is very possible.
