How do I use an Iso file?

I want to install this file:
http://www.google.com?t=445212&highlight=
But when I clicked the setup, it came up and started to install, when the bar had finished installing nothing happened, it just went off.
Can someone please explain what else I have to do?

Well with an Iso you need to burn it to a disk etc. But maybe when it just goes off its finished.

You can either burn it to a disc or to use Daemon Mount Tool and mount the ISO as a drive. www.daemon-tools.cc I’m pretty sure that is the site.
