How do I reduce the size of an Animated Avatar

I have seen an animated Avatar ( GIF Image ) I would like to use , the size is 140 x 97 – 220KB , but its too big , is there any way I can reduce its size to 90 x 90 – 64KB and still use it ok
any advice most welcome – Thanks

as said earlier u can either upload it to an imagehost and link it or u can use a GIF editor and reduce the resolution and frame rate

Sure U can… upload the gif.. somewhere,, like photobucket.. will crunch it down 4 ya..

get “animagic” in appz section
use that to dis-assemble to individual pics/frames
use any image editor to re-size the pics
use animagic to re-assemble it
