How do I access my files in Ubuntu?

I’ve just installed Ubuntu via WUBI installer and I love it. But I cannot seem to find my files such as music, pictures… etc here on my Windows 8 OS.
If I restart my Laptop, I have the option to load Ubuntu or Windows 8. All my files are accessible one Windows 8 but not on Ubuntu.
Any help would be appreciated. I want to try Ubuntu for a while, with all my files/programs from Windows 8.
I’m confused.
